All of my one-on-one sessions are conducted in a separate, private building just feet away from my residence. I can guarantee that you will get stronger, leaner, and see improvements in your life after a short while of working together. I can make this promise because I’ve trained clients for over thirteen years and I know what does and doesn’t work. I can say this confidently because I’ve personally conducted thousands of one-on-one sessions in the past decade and stay up-to-date on the latest research in the field of strength training and nutrition.
